How a launch works.
From a name and an image to permanently locked liquidity, in SOL, on Solana. What you own, how a trade works, and where the risks are.
What Vestra is
Vestra Terminal is a self-custody token launchpad on Solana, built on Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve. Anyone can launch a token for the cost of Solana rent. The creator provides no liquidity. Buyers fund a bonding curve in SOL, and when the curve reaches its threshold it graduates, automatically, into a Meteora DAMM v2 pool whose liquidity is locked forever.
Every launch is themed on one of a hundred global companies, such as Aramco, LVMH, Toyota, Nintendo and Reliance. The theme is stored in the token's metadata and shown everywhere the token appears. It is a label, not exposure: see the theme.
Vestra runs no program of its own. Launches, trades, graduation and fee claims all go through Meteora's audited programs, configured once through a platform config whose terms are listed below and cannot be changed after creation.
Launching a token
- Connect a Solana wallet with a little SOL for rent (about 0.021 SOL).
- Name the token, give it a symbol and an image, and choose a theme from the hundred listed.
- Save the details: your wallet signs them (a message, not a transaction) and Vestra stores the image and metadata permanently.
- Confirm one transaction. The token, its curve and your optional first buy are created together. Your first buy pays the 1% fee, not the anti-sniper fee, and nobody can buy before it.
No launch fee. You provide no liquidity. Buyers fund the curve.
Every launch has a fixed supply of one billion tokens. The mint authority is revoked at launch and the metadata is immutable. 77.8% is sold on the curve and 22.2% seeds the pool at graduation.
The bonding curve
The curve is Meteora's constant-product bonding curve: buying takes tokens out and puts SOL in, selling does the reverse. The fee is taken in SOL on both sides. For the first 60 seconds after a launch the fee starts at 50% and falls every five seconds to 1%, which makes buying in the opening block expensive for bots.

Buying and selling in SOL
You pay SOL and you receive SOL. The trade panel shows an estimate simulated against the chain for your amount, the fee, and the minimum you will accept after slippage, and one transaction does the trade. If a buy would push the curve past its threshold, it fills exactly to the threshold and refunds the rest.
After graduation the same panel trades against the token's own Meteora pool. Nothing changes for you.
Estimates are not executable quotes: another trade can land before yours. Set slippage accordingly.
Graduation and locked liquidity
When the curve has raised its threshold it closes, and its SOL and the reserved 22.2% of supply move into a Meteora DAMM v2 pool at the curve's closing price. On mainnet Meteora's own migration service does this within moments; if it has not after three minutes, Vestra's automation does it. Nobody has to press anything.
The pool's liquidity is split into two positions, half owned by the creator and half by the platform, and both are permanently locked: they can never be withdrawn by anyone. They keep earning the pool's 1% trading fee for their owners.
Fees and who earns them
Meteora takes 20% of every curve trading fee. The rest is split evenly between the platform and the creator, so each earns 40% of the fee, 0.4% of volume at the standard 1%. After graduation, each locked position earns its share of the pool's 1% fee.
Creators claim everything, curve fees and locked-position fees, with one button on their Portfolio page, signed by their own wallet.
The theme
The theme is a label, not the market. Your token trades against SOL and carries no exposure to the company named, no claim on its shares, and no affiliation with it.
The theme is written into the token's metadata (the JSON its on-chain metadata points at, stored by Vestra) as a "Theme" attribute, and into Vestra's index. It changes nothing about how the token trades.
Vestra launch tokens do not confer stock ownership. Tokenized stocks shown on Markets are issued by third parties and subject to their terms and availability.

Risk disclosures
You can lose the entire value committed to a launch token. Vestra launch tokens are community-created assets, with no guaranteed redemption value and no relation to the price of the company they are themed on. Vestra launch tokens do not confer stock ownership.
- Program risk. Launches run on Meteora's programs. A defect there is outside Vestra's control.
- Market and liquidity risk. Prices on a curve move with every trade; a little SOL can move a fresh launch many multiples. Slippage bounds limit execution surprise but cannot guarantee a price.
- Anti-sniper fee. Trades in the first minute after a launch pay a fee of up to 50%. The trade panel shows the current rate before you confirm.
- Network risk. Solana outages, RPC failures and transaction delays can affect the interface. The index this site shows is rebuilt from the chain and marked stale when it lags.
Check the details your wallet shows before you sign. A price shown here is informational and may differ from what a trade receives.
